Security, in each building the door can not open without your room card. The security's in the entrance they will not let anyone enter the place without do the checks and this is good 👌🏼 The pool and the area around the pool it is very clean. In the beginning I thought the table and chairs are not clean but I surprised of their cleaning and also, they care about plants everyday in the morning. The breakfast it is good they let you feel like you are in your home but the menu need to be enhanced little bit.

Space : spacious room. Booked for 1 bed-room apartment but the room is very big, my 2 children slept on the floor and we still have rooms to walk. Bed : soooo comfyyyy and oh they got ceiling fan which is a suprise for me. Facilities : Love it very much. They served starbucks small kiosk incase you need some coffee in the morning. Swimming pool : big and clean. My kids love it very much. They are on the same floor with breakfast area. Area : very quiet, peaceful despite its location. Breakfast : they serve 1. 2 main course (nasi lemak and kueyteow/meehoon) 2. cereals, 3. salad to choose, 4. 3 types of fruit, 5. Yogurt, 6. 4 types of bread(croissant,puff,wholemeal bread and white bread) with jams and butter, 7. Sausages, hashbrowns, omelette Not so much for some people who loves variation during breakfast but for me its good enough to start your day. PLUS, They taste delicious ! Conclusion : i would say, it was the best Apartment residence i ve ever stayed during my visit in KL. WIll i stay again : YES

Friendly staff, spacious rooms with lovely bathroom, nice pool and a small gym. There is a nice restaurant for breakfast or lunch. Reception area was very nice. The location was perfect for us, as it is near my husband's family home. The location is in a very nice part of Kuala Lumpur. There is a bus stop outside of the accommodation. However, we rented a car.

Love the quiet and calm ambience, the room was big, clean and bed, pillow were comfortable, and the highlight of my visit would be the front desk staff. Mr Aiman was really polite, soft spoken and friendly. We checked in late at night but he still managed to explain everything with a smile on his face although he seem tired. The next day he still greet us with a big smile. I must say he was the best staff we ever met among all hotels we ever visited haha. Please give him a raise. Pool was very clean and big. We had good time swimming. Will definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Even though the place is designed for seniors, we came as a family with kids and had so much fun. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help us with directions or anything we needed. The reception team welcomed us warmly. We had the Premier two-bedroom with balcony and I must mention how spotless and clean all the rooms were. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, and the view from the room was beautiful. Bathrooms were spotless, and there were no issues with plumbing or leaks. Breakfast was delicious, and the chef was very friendly. The swimming pool was always clean. We highly recommend this place!

We really loved so many things about this property. The room/apartment was large, clean, very well equipped and in a very quiet area of Kuala Lumpur. The pool is definitely big enough to actually swim in and the staff are all really nice and helpful. There is a mall just 10 minutes or so walk from the hotel and also a good many restaurants, offering a wide variety of cuisines, often at very good value. With the apartment having enough decent utensils and equipment for self catering, having the mall so close means that you can easily cook for yourself if you want to.

Everything since we did step in :-) Welcoming staff, comfortable apartment with enough space for all of us, the kids pool was perfect for our boys - 3 and 5… We did also like the combination of hotel and residential areas, washing machine and a dryer for use… we stayed 7 nights and I wouldn’t mind staying longer :-)

The room was spacious, well thought and well kept, very comfy bed and enormous wardrobe. Plenty of room to move around, all the elements one needs for efficiency and comfort, and a very convenient bathroom, with a big walk-in shower (with a seat and two shower heads), a nice wash basin (big too and without dangerous corners) and, in general, very practical. Aircon and ceiling fans. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - always with a smile, always ready to assist. Breakfast room was very pleasant, food nice, and the pool great! The area is residential (some lovely houses around) and feels safe. You can walk down to a bank/big supermarket/prepared food shop/wine and liquor store, or to the centre. Very convenient if you want to sort out, for example, your own dinners. Not only do I recommend it, but I intend to go back whenever I travel to KL.
